Nadia Alkiswani I was born in San Diego, California. I now live in Las Vegas, Nevada with my Mommy, Daddy and a kitty named "Misty." I enjoy watching Disney Channel, Ice Skating and Gymnastics. I love Music too. My favorite group is "Back Street Boys." My mommy has told me stories of her favorite Olympic gymnast, Nadia Comaneci. Hearing the stories and watching gymnastics on television are two of my favorite past times. How I got my name... Within a few hours after I was born, Mommy and Daddy again started discussing names. He suggested the name, Nada. Mommy said, "No! Do you know what that means in Spanish?" Daddy did not. Mommy said, "It means "Nothing," and she would not have a daughter named "Nothing." She suggested "NADIA." Daddy agreed. |
