How Nice, Nadia
Nadia Comaneci has always seized the day. It is no surprise, then, that the Olympic gold medalist and recent Romanian emigre has agreed to let David Frost make "Nadia," a film about her life that she hopes "that people never forget what the communist dictatorship did to the people of Romania." Odd, Nadia didn't mention she lived like a rock star under the brutal Ceausescu regime, which gave her an eight-room villa, a dacha, a nice car, jewelry and several servants. Her old boyfriend: Nicu Ceausescu, the late dictator's mean-spirited bully of a son.
