Miss Comaneci Leaving Hospital

FORT WORTH, Dec. 9 (AP) - Nadia Comaneci of Romania, hospitalized for surgery to drain fluid from an infected hand, will leave All Saints Episcopal Hospital early tomorrow to go home with her country's gymnastics team. Her departure from the hospital will be against the advice of American doctors, who feel she should stay an extra day.
Miss Comaneci will be taken to a hospital in Bucharest to continue treatment. The Romanian delegation told American doctors today that it was es-sential that the gymnastics star return home with her team. The Romanians expressed satisfaction with the treatment Miss Comaneci received.
A light splint was prepared for Miss Comaneci to travel. Alexandru Mogos, chief of the Romanian delegation, signed a release stating that he understood he was acting against the advice of doctors and accepting responsibility for moving Miss Comaneci.
American doctors said they felt hours was needed before the wound in her left hand could be properly closed.
