In the center of Bucharest...
in a place full of history, there is a beautiful little church known as "St. Spiridon Vechi."  Just a few meters away from Mogosoaia Bridge, and nearly overwhelmed by the surrounding modern buildings, "St. Spiridon Vechi" quietly professes the Orthodox tradition of Christian life.

On the ground of this church we intend to build under the blessing of P. P. Teoctist Patriarch of B.O.R., a non-profit social-medical clinic named "Nadia Comãneci Children's Clinic."

The services of the facility will include:

· specialized physicians who will work with orphans, as well as poor and street children;

· 17 medical consultation rooms;

· a pharmacy that will offer free medication;

· spiritual and moral assistance offered by the Vicar Priest during the patient's recovery period in the facility.
